Proof of Residency and Birth Certificate:
If you are have not supplied the Nanuet Little League with a Birth Certificate and Proof of Residency (Utility Bill, etc.) we need you to do so. It is your responsibility to insure we have your player's proper and up to date information on file. If you are unsure, send them again. We prefer to have a duplicate, than none at all. Without these documents on file, the player is at risk of being ineligible to play. Send the appropriate documents to:
